These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph3365 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph3365 online casino platform, including all games, features, payment services, bonuses, and customer support made available at ph3365.net and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account on ph3365, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

ph3365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the ph3365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of ph3365 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from ph3365 or any related platform, whether self-imposed or platform-imposed.

ph3365 conducts age and identity verification using government-issued identification documents, including but not limited to Philippine passports, UMID cards, SSS cards, driver's licences, and PhilSys national identification cards. Submission of falsified documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the ph3365 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your ph3365 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notifying ph3365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

ph3365 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to customer support.

ph3365 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on the Philippine market: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI via InstaPay, BDO via InstaPay, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following withdrawal conditions apply to all ph3365 accounts:

ph3365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests where there is a reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in account suspension pending resolution.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. ph3365 is not responsible for currency conversion fees, taxes, or charges applied by your financial institution or mobile wallet provider.

ph3365 offers various promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and leaderboard prizes. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all ph3365 promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to one (1) eligible account per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• ph3365 reserves the right to modify, restrict, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;

Game outcomes are statistically random and independent of prior results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure during a game session, ph3365 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and refund the bet amount to the player's account. ph3365 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph3365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC):

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the ph3365 Platform;
• Fraud: Submitting falsified identification documents, payment details, or personal information;
• Money Laundering: Using the ph3365 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or multi-player formats;
• Use of automated systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that automates gameplay or account interactions without ph3365's express written consent;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment reversals or chargebacks after wagering deposited funds;
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the ph3365 Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

ph3365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its player base. ph3365 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from the account settings panel after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your ph3365 account. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month across all game categories.

ph3365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, close, or terminate any player account at its sole reasonable discretion and without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination of an account, any verified balance remaining after deduction of outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within thirty (30) business days, subject to completion of identity verification. ph3365 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraud or terms violations.

A player may voluntarily close their ph3365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be refunded in accordance with the above procedure.

All content on the ph3365 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface designs, game animations, promotional materials, and written content, is the exclusive property of ph3365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the ph3365 Platform or its content.

Unauthorised use of ph3365 intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and other applicable laws.

The ph3365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph3365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or security from third-party intrusion.

ph3365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the ph3365 Platform;
• Losses attributable to technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Gaming losses resulting from lawful gameplay on certified games;
• Third-party payment processing delays outside ph3365's reasonable control.

Where Philippine consumer protection law imposes mandatory liability that cannot be excluded, ph3365's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

ph3365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an account with ph3365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph3365 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Personal data collected by ph3365 includes but is not limited to your full name, date of birth, Philippine address, mobile number, email address, government-issued identification details, transaction history, gaming history, and device and browser information.

ph3365 will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or as directed by a competent Philippine court or government authority.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a player and ph3365 regarding a gaming outcome, account decision, or bonus determination, the player must first submit a formal complaint to ph3365 customer support in writing via the email address provided in Section 15 of these Terms. ph3365 will investigate and respond to the complaint within ten (10) business days.

If the dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) before initiating formal legal proceedings. This mediation requirement does not restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent Philippine court.

For matters falling within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, ph3365 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or directive relating to player complaints.

ph3365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph3365 will notify active players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the ph3365 Platform homepage for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph3365 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your account by contacting customer support.

The version date at the top of these Terms indicates the date on which the most recent revision was made. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon request from customer support.
